Character Dossier
A history written in unstable time
The Star Witch is a dangerous figure linked to time-based forces and to the Consortium. The archive identifies her as someone capable of manipulating temporal effects, but the full scope of those abilities remains restricted.
Her history inside the Consortium is complicated enough that the record leaves several questions unresolved. Motive, allegiance, and current status remain classified until additional case material is cleared for release.
